Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or Services. By accessing or using our Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.
When you make a booking through our Site or directly with our representatives, you are offering to purchase specific travel services. Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists only when we send you a confirmation notice and after we have received your payment (or deposit, where applicable).
All prices displayed on our Site are per person unless otherwise specified and are quoted in British Pounds (£).
Payment terms:
Prices may change due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, changes in transportation costs, or government actions. If the price increase exceeds 8% of the total price of your tour, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
Cancellation by You:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel a tour for any reason prior to departure. If we cancel a tour that you have booked, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, or you may choose an alternative tour offered by us (with a refund of any price difference if the alternative is of lower value).
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable connecting flights.
Changes to your booking (such as travel dates, accommodation, or tour itinerary) may be requested in writing to [email protected]. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your changes, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. Administrative fees may apply to booking changes, and any increase in tour price as a result of the changes will be charged to you.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations. Your passport should be valid for at least six months beyond the duration of your trip. We are not responsible if you are refused entry to a country because you lack the correct passport, visa, or other travel documentation.
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Your insurance should cover personal injury, medical expenses, cancellation charges, baggage loss, money, and public and personal liability.
Many of our tours require a reasonable level of fitness and health. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically and mentally fit enough to participate in the activities included in your itinerary. You should consult your doctor if you have any concerns about your ability to participate in planned activities.
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that might affect your travel, you must inform us at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse a booking or remove a person from a tour if they do not disclose relevant medical information.
While we endeavor to operate all tours as described, we reserve the right to change our itineraries. Changes may be necessary due to road or weather conditions, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any significant changes before departure or as soon as possible if changes occur during your tour.
The accommodation listed in our tour information is intended as a guide only. We reserve the right to substitute hotels of similar standards for those mentioned in the descriptions.
Special requests such as dietary requirements, specific rooming arrangements, or accessibility needs must be advised at the time of booking. While we will make reasonable efforts to meet your requests, we cannot guarantee they will be fulfilled.
You agree to behave responsibly and courteously during your tour, respecting other travelers, our staff, and local people, customs, and traditions. If in our opinion or in the opinion of any hotel manager, tour leader, or other person in authority, your behavior is causing danger, distress, or annoyance to others, we reserve the right to terminate your tour arrangements without refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever (including personal injury, death, losses related to missed transportation, accommodation, or any other services) arising out of or related to your use of our Site or Services, whether such loss or damage arises from our negligence or otherwise.
Where our liability cannot be excluded, our liability for damages shall be limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the total cost of your tour or service booked through us.
Our Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms that is due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, terrorist attacks, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, or government actions.
The content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of SopraPerce or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or content obtained from our Site without our prior written consent.
To access certain features of our Site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
